## Discrepancy

CABIN PRESSURE LOSS BECAUSE OF A COUPLING BLOWING LOOSE BETWEEN TWO MISALIGNED PARTS, THE WATER SEPARATOR PN 9912069-13 AND THE (Y), PN 6515326-28.  THE MISALIGNMENT IS A DESIGN PROBLEM.
