SHROUD TUBES FOUND LOOSE IN CYLINDERS/CRANKCASE.  SHROUD TUBE RETAINERS BROKEN (FOUND UNDER ROCKER BOX COVERS).  SHROUD TUBES WERE LEAKING OIL.
