## Discrepancy

BLOCK TURNBACK.  FLIGHT CREW REPORTED RUDDER WOULD NOT CENTER AFTER START UP AND TAXI.  REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR AND CHECKED OKAY.
