DURING C2 C-CHECK, INSPECTION NOTED AFT PIT TRANSITION PANEL 151DE HAS SEVERAL PUNCTURES.  MAINTENANCE REPAIRED PANEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A319 SRM 53-02-00, FIGURE 204.
