AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED AND IS IN CHECK FOR SCHEDULED MX. AFT CABIN WET AREA UNDER FLOOR BETWEEN FR 69 AND FR 70 R/H SHEAR WEB CRACKED AT FWD END.     REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT CABIN RT SHEAR WEB IAW A320 NEO SRM 51-72-11-911-001. MX ACTION ACCEPTABLE.
