DISCREPANCY: FAULT HAPPENED DURING A RON MAINTENANCE VISIT, NO FLIGHT DELAY AS A RESULT. AC WAS NOT GROUNDED AS A RESULT OF THE SDR REPORTABLE EVENT. REFERENCE LP498087 #3 DURING CIDS EPSU TEST 13WL BATTERY FAULT FOUND.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED 13WL BATTERY IN REF TO AMM 33-51-38-400-002-A. PTT OPS CHECKED GOOD AT UNIT 13WL. OK FOR SERVICE. /END/.
