THIS WAS AN INBOUND WRITEUP, BUT THE DEFECT WAS PLACED ON MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT TAKE A DELAY. DISCREPANCY: LP685034 ITEM 1; EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ROW 19 LEFT INOP. MAINTENANCE ACTION; PLACED ON MEL 33-50-02C, DD 03-07-26C PLACARD INSTALLED PER MCC AL 437435. ON LP685036 ITEM 3; REF AMM 33-51-38-000-001-A AND 33-51-38-400-001-A. REMOVED AND REPLACED EPSU UNIT 17WL DUE TO UNIT FAULT. OPS TEST OK EMERGENCY LIGHT OPERATES. THIS ACTION CLEARS MEL C/N 1244188 PLACARD REMOVED. /END/
