DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE FOUND L1 DOOR STRIKER LEVER OF THE DOOR DAMPER AND EMERGENCY OPERATION CYLINDER IN A DISENGAGED POSITION.   MAINTENANCE ARMED THE L1 DOOR STRIKER LEVER OF THE DOOR DAMPER AND EMERGENCY OPERATION CYLINDER PER AMM 52-10-00-081-052-B. A/C WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER COMPLETION OF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND DAMPER REARMED.
