EPSU BATTERY (11WL) FAILED EMERGENCY LIGHT TEST. ACFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED EPSU BATTERY (11WL) IAW AMM 33-51-38-000/400-002-A. OPS CHECK GOOD. AC OK FOR SERVICE.
