REFERENCE LP 518114 #1 INFLIGHT SLATS FAULT, SLATS STUCK AT ZERO FOR LANDING. INBOUND FLT 3046. FOUND BY FLIGHT CREW UPON LANDING WITH ECAM WARNING MESSAGE. A/C WAS GROUNDED.  FOUND ACTUATOR FLAG DEPLOYED. R & R ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-84-49-000/400-002-A AND OPS CHKD GOOD. ACFT IS NOW OKAY FOR SERVICE.
