FOUND DURING RON MAINTENANCE NO DELAY RECORDED. LP695646 FWD L1 DOOR SLIDE FAILED EPSU DURING REPLACEMENT OF DOOR 2 AND 3 ESCAPE SLIDE REF WO 614125.   REMOVED AND REPLACE L1 DOOR SLIDE ASSY.
