## Discrepancy

FUEL CELL RETAINING RING AND CLIP  HAD DISLODGED AND MIGRATED TO THE FORWARD SIDE OF THE FUEL CELL, THEN PUNCTURED CELL RESULTING IN A FUEL LEAK.
