REMOVED CRACKED LT OB FLAP IB HINGE WING FITTING ARB2431  TRANSFERED HOLES TO NEW SERVICABLE FITTINGS PER NRB6013  INSTALLED FITTING. PER B/P NRB6013 AND SRM 51-33-01
