AFTER T/O, LT MAIN REMAINED UNSAFE FOLLOWED QRH CYCLED NO CHANGE. GEAR   APPEARED TO BE DOWN ENTIRE TIME.  UNEVENTFUL LANDING.  REMOVED & REPLACED L/H MLG BUNGEE CYCLINDER ASSY  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
