BIRD WAS A LAYOVER.  WALKING UP CREW STAIRS DURING LINE INSPECTION, FOUND EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE LYING ON CREW STAIRS.   REPLACED WITH A "NEW" SLIDE.
