EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS WILL NOT TEST.  R & R R1 EMERGENCY EXIT BATTERY PACK IAW MM 33-51-07-2.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL. PREMATURE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
