TAIL SKID LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. COMPLIED WITH QRH.  FUEL USAGE INCREASE.  REPLACED TAIL SKID ACTUATOR IAW MM          32-71-012-4-0.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL.   ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
