TREATED & PRIMED SEAT TRACK, SPLICE HAT & SPLICE PLATE IAW SRM 51-21-01.  INSTALLED SEAT TRACK, SPLICE HAT & SPLICE PLATE IAW SRM 53-70-00 FIG 5, PAINTED SEAT TRACK IAW SRM 51-21-02.  MAJOR REPAIR.
