## Discrepancy

RT OTBD FLAP UPPER SURFACE SKIN IS SEPARATED FROM STRUCTURE DUE TO PULLED THRU FASTENERS 60" FROM OTBD END.   REPAIRED IAW SRM 57-10-00, FIG 7, VOL I. MAJOR REPAIR.
