SLIDE ARMED LIGHT FOR L1 DOOR IS INOPERATIVE,  RELAMPED L1 "SLIDE" LIGHT.  SLIDE LIGHT  ILLUMINATES NORMAL,  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
