F/O DISARMED DOOR & CHECKED.  RAMP OPEN DOOR AND SLIDE DEPLOYED.   FOUND SLIDE HAD DEPARTED FROM DOOR AND WAS NOT INFLATED.  R & R  L1 SLIDE USING AMM 25-66-01-4.
