EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH RETURN SPRING FAULTY.  DOES  NOT RETURN SWITCH TO ARM WITH COVER CLOSED.   R & R LIGHT SWITCH GUARD COVER IAW SMP OPS CHECKED NORMAL,  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
