LANDING GEAR RETRACTION FAULT AFTER TAKEOFF.  LEVER  WOULD NOT PASS NEUTRAL POSITION.   SELECTED LG DOWN ON LG VMO, MMO SELECTION SWITCH.  DET SYS FAULT RIGHT BOGIE.  RIGHT BOGIE CLEARED FAULT.  INSPECTED, CLEANED AND LUBED PITCH DAMPERS.
