## Discrepancy

WHEN GUARD TO EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH IS CLOSED, EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN IN THE OFF POSITION.  FOUND SPRING OF GUARD LOOSE.  SPRING REINSTALLED IN GOOD POSITION.  OPERATIONS CHECKED OK IAW AMM 33-51-00-5.
