## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE WOULD NOT SET TAKEOFF POWER, WOULD  ROLL BACK.  LT ENGINE FUEL FLOW GOVERNOR & HP FUEL PUMP R & R.  ENG RUN AT HIGH POWER IAW JRH WITH THROTTLES MATCHED AT ALL POWER SETTINGS WITH NO SURGING.
