RIGHT WING INBD MAIN FLAP LOWER MID ACCESS PANEL FOUND WITH 16 EACH ELONGATED SCREW HOLES.  REPAIR CARRIED OUT AS PER EA F-5750-T0308417 PART 1.  REPAIR IS MAJOR.
