## Discrepancy

ON TAXI OUT, LT FWD ENTRY DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED.   INSTALLED A NEW UPPER LATCH CAM ROLLER.  PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT TEST IAW MM 52-11-00-5.  DOOR OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
