DISARM & ARM PLACARD ON R1 DOOR FELL INSIDE PLASTIC  MOLDING.  PLACARD IS ACTUALLY THE GREEN & RED PLATE BEHIND THE ARM & DISARM LEVER.  REINSTALLED PLATE ON R1 UPPER DOOR LINING.
