RIGHT ELEVATOR OTBD END CONDUCTIVE SKIN PLATE HAS CORROSION ON UPPER SURFACE.  REMOVED, FABRICATED AND INSTALLATION CONDUCTIVE SKIN PLATE (FRAME) IAW DWG 183N2007 REV B, AND REV AM AND SRM 51-40-02.
