RIGHT ELEVATOR OTBD END CONDUCTIVE SKIN PLATE HAS CORROSION ON LOWER SURFACE.  REMOVED, FABRICATED AND INSTALLATION CONDUCTIVE SKIN PLATE. IAW DWG 183N2003 REV G AND REV AM AND SRM 51-40-02.
