## Discrepancy

SLIDE WAS UNARMED & WAS CRACKED OPEN WHEN RAMP FINISHED OPENING.  DOOR SLIDE BAR WAS STILL ATTACHED & DOOR BLEW OPEN.  SLIDE FELL ONTO AIRSTAIRS BEFORE LANYARD WAS PULLED PREVENTING FIRING PIN FROM BEING TRIGGERED.  INSPECTED SLIDE & FOUND TO STILL BE IN SERVICEABLE CONDITION.
