R1 DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE, ARMED & DISARMED, HANDLE JAMMED. WILL NOT DISARM SLIDE.   CLEANED DEBRIS OUT OF GIRT BAR FLOOR FITTINGS & LUBED IAW MM 25-66-01-4.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW MM.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
