ON T/O ROLL CAPTAIN PFD AND ND HAD DIAGONAL BARS AND REJECTED AT 105KTS.  REPLACED THE NR 3 EFIS SGU IAW AMM 34-73-34-04.  CK GOOD, MEL IS CLEARED.
