DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, ENCOUNTERED VERY NOTICABLE SHUDDER  OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN. ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 100 KTS.   JACKED NOSE GEAR AND FOUND BOTH NOSE TIRES OUT OF ROUND. IAW FIM 32-51 FT 805 FIGURE 104.
