REMOVED DAMAGED FLOOR PANEL PER SRM 51-40-02-06. FABRICATED NEW PANEL ON T17/1299249 PER SRZ-25-005. MAJOR REPAIR CAT A. INSTALLED FLOOR PANEL PER SRM 51-40-02-06.
