FORWARD CARGO COMPARTMENT, BS 740 JUST ABOVE STRINGER 22R FRAME IS CRACKED AT TOOLING HOLE.  VERIFIED BY HFEC (OPEN HOLE) INSPECTION, CIRCLED HOLE IN BLACK.
