ON ARRIVAL FOUND RAT DEPLOYED.  BOTH RAT HANDLES STILL SHEAR WIRED.    INSPECTED RAT UPLOCK HOOK, IAW 29-25-00-06.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  STOWED RAT, IAW 29-25-00-03.  A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
