REPAIRED THE LH O/B FLAP UPPER SURFACE SKIN AT O/B STATIC   DISCHARGER BASE CORROSION.  THIS IS CAT A REPAIR.  MAJOR REPAIR IAW FEDEX GMM 6-2-100.
