RI  DOOR SLIDE RAFT GIRT BAR HANGING DOWN  BAR FWD  LOCKING BLOCK SECURE CLIP DAMAGE.   REMOVED & REPLACED THE R1 DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE  "GIRT BAR" PER B757 AMM 25-66-10-2.  CHECKS OK.
