OVERHEAD COCKPIT  EMERGENCY LIGHTS PANEL WON'T TEST IAW AMM 33-51-08-4.  REMOVED AND REPLACED P5 EMEGENCY LIGHTS PANEL IAW AMM 33-51-08-4. OPS CHECKED NORMAL.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
