## Discrepancy

HEAT SHIELD BROKE OFF ON #4 MLG TIRE AND WHEEL ASSY. DURING WALKAROUND NOTED HEAT SHIELD PROTRUDING FROM THE   WHEEL ASSY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED TIRE AND WHEEL ASSY.
