IN FLIGHT, R FWD WINDSHIELD ELECTRICAL ARCING LOWER  HEATING ELEMENT.  REPLACED FIRST OFFICER WINDOW #1 PER MM 56-11-01-4 . ALL TEST OK , A/C READY FOR FLIGHT .
