DURING TAKEOFF ROLL AT 75KTS AND 160.0LBS THE MAIN CARGO DOOR WARNING LIGHTS, TONES AND EICAS ILLUMINATED. TAKEOFF WAS REJECTED AND ASSOCIATED QRH CHECKLISTS WERE ACCOMPLISHED.
