## Discrepancy

R1 DOOR ESCAPED SLIDE FELL OUT OF DOOR WHEN DOOR  WAS OPENED.  DOOR DID NOT BLOW WHEN IT FELL OUT.  REPLACED SLIDE IAW AMM 25-61-21-4.
