DURING PILOT PRE-FLT, LH SUPRMRY EMER EXIT LIGHTS INOP.  POWER SUPPLY IN STOCK BAD FROM STOCK. CANNED POWER SUPPLY FROM A/C N866FD.   REMOVED/REPLACED POWER  SUPPLY. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
