DUE TO ONE FASTENER MISSING INSTALLED. EO:   6-5100-7-5000 D7 PT1 WAS COMPLETED.  DRILLED A NEW FASTENER   HOLE AND INSTALLED NEW FASTENER IAW SRM 53-17-15 FIG.203 & EA 6-5310-160172 A.  THE REPAIR IS CATEGORY "A" AND IS CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR PER GMM 6-2-100. MAJOR REPAIR IAW GMM 6-2-100.
