## Discrepancy

EXISTING REPAIR ON FUSELAGE SKIN AT FRS 19 - 20A, S38R - 42R REQUIRES  EVALUATION FOR CONFORMITY.  EVALUATED & FOUND NOT IN CONFORMITY WITH SRM 53-13-13 FIG.201. DUE TO ONE ROW FASTENERS MISSING INSTALLED. REMOVED THE EXISTING REPAIR AND RE-REPAIRED THE SKIN IAW EA 6-5310-T0386336.  THE REPAIR IS CATEGORY "B" AND THE FOLLOW UP   INSPECTION IS TRACKED BY EA 6-5310-T0386336. MAJOR REPAIR IAW FEDEX GMM 6-2-100.
