MAIN DECK, AT APROX. BS 870,  FLOOR PANEL 241FFF, SURFACE SKIN DENTED.   REPAIRED THE TOP SKIN OF THE FLOOR PANEL IAW SRM 53-00-50-2R 4.B.  INSTALLATION OF FLOOR PANEL 241FFF WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED ON WO 91257, SEQ 149.  MAJOR REPAIR.
