FOUND BREAKAWAY WIRE THAT SECURES THE RELEASE MECHANISM NOT TO BE CLAD-PLATED COPPER WIRE.    REMOVED LT DOOR SLIDE IAW MM 25-66-01-4.  REMOVED STAINLESS SAFETY WIRE AND INSTALLED CORRECT WIRE IAW FEA G-2560-F0386282C. REINSTALLED DOOR SLIDE IAW 25-66-01-4. DOOR OPS CHECK AND INDICATION GOOD.  REMOVED 10 MAN LIFE RAFT REQUIRED FOR MEL 52-11-01-02.
