R/I  15FEB26 01:46   MEM  REASON CODE : FAILED OPS CK. & REPLACED WITH  SERVICABLE UNIT    REMOVED & REPLACED R1 DOOR SLIDE. BROKEN SLIDE  REMOVED IS PART NO. D31023-101FX SER. NO. 0547.  MANF. SEMCO. PER AMM 25-61-21-04. OPS CHECKS GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.
